These low cost connection blocks are used in large volume applications, with high ambient temperature and where size is not critical : ovens, furnaces, kilns, infrared heaters, quartz tube heaters, catering equipment. Fitted with Nickel plated brass connectors, they can withstand 250°C.

COMMERCIAL STEATITE (C220) CONNECTION BLOCKS

		These high grade ceramic connection blocks have hundreds of variations in terminals. They are assembled on request, for low and medium quantities applications like industrial ovens, bakery ovens. 2, 3, 7 poles are available, with nickel plated steel or stainless steel terminals, for temperature up to 400°C.

These connection blocks, using high grade C220 ceramic, stainless steel terminals and screws can withstand 400°C. Main applications : infrared heaters, commercial ovens. We produce ceramic and stainless steel connectors ourselves. This allows quality control at every manufacturing step.

Those small dimension ceramic blocks are made with the C220 steatite wet pressing technic. Therefore,dimensions are very precise, and there is no need for glazing. They are mainly used in large volume applications like lamps. Price is a little higher than C110 glazed porcelain.
